We educate merchants on the various levels of Interchange. The rate they pay depends on the type of card presented and how it is processed. If a merchant does not understand the basics of Interchange they may pay too much.
Our background in MIS and telecommunications helps us recommend the appropriate solution for our clients. If a custom solution is required, we provide consulting with your technical staff.
Personal customer service is provided by a dedicated staff of service professionals. Elavon’s Help Desk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff is available M-F 7a-5p MST. We have on call staff after hours.
