Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Please call CapitalQ at 800-887-6227 to get a Return Authorization Label.  We will refund the cost of the product only.

Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the returned items.

 

Defective Merchandise

 

All warranties are supplied by the manufacturer.  We will replace defective credit card equipment the first 30 days.  Thereafter, they will be sent to the manufacturer for repair.  CapitalQ Provides loaner equipment to our clients at no charge.  Clients only pay the shipping costs.

 

Damage in Transit

 

If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will contact the courier (UPS or USPS) to pick up the item. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

You must ship defective merchandise via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number.

 

Shipping Policy

CapitalQ uses UPS for shipping.  Orders are typically shipped the next business day from the order date.  Ground shipping is next day in Arizona and 2 to 5 days for other parts of the United States.  Expedited shipping options are available from the shopping cart.
